Information We Collect

• Personal information: name, email, billing details, login credentials, program activity
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, analytics
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age (COPPA compliance)

• Deliver memberships, courses, coaching, and program content
• Process payments securely via PayPal, Stripe, Thrivecart
• Manage community participation (Skool)
• Send updates, offers, and program communications (Kit, ConvertKit)

• Program/community records: up to 3 years after last activity

Security & Breach Notification
We use SSL and industry-standard safeguards. In case of a breach, affected users and regulators will be notified within 72 hours.

Controller / Processor Roles
Let’s Manifest LLC is the data controller. Third-party processors (PayPal, Stripe, Thrivecart, Skool, ConvertKit) are under agreements to safeguard data.

Eligibility

• Services are for adults age 18 and over. By using our sites or programs, you agree to these terms.
  

Payments & Subscriptions

• Payment must be completed before access is granted
• All sales are final, no refunds unless required by law
• Subscriptions renew automatically (Skool)
• To cancel: (1) Unsubscribe in your Skool account, or (2) email minoo@letsmanifest.org
• No refunds for unused subscription time
  

Intellectual Property

• All content (videos, worksheets, trainings, logos) is owned by Let’s Manifest LLC
• For personal, non-commercial use only; sharing/resale is prohibited

Community Code of Conduct
By joining EI Gym or related communities, you agree to:

1. Treat all members with respect; no harassment
2. Do not pitch, sell, or promote outside services
3. Do not share personal information of other members
4. Keep login credentials private
5. Participate in good faith and maintain confidentiality
   Violations may result in suspension or termination.
   

Important Framework Notice:
Our Human Design 1:1 coaching sessions utilize the principles and framework of the Human Design System as taught by Ra Uru Hu, the original founder of Human Design. Other programs and offers may use different methodologies and frameworks.

General Disclaimer
EI Gym and Let’s Manifest LLC programs are for education, coaching, and personal development. They are NOT therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health care. Participation does NOT create a therapist–patient, doctor–patient, financial advisor–client, or attorney–client relationship.

EI Gym is a metaphorical gym for emotional intelligence and resilience skills. No physical exercise or medical services are provided.

Users are advised to always consult licensed professionals for medical, mental health, legal, or financial matters. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

Results will vary; no guarantees of specific outcomes or earnings.
Participation is voluntary; you assume all risks.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Let’s Manifest LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify Let’s Manifest LLC from third-party claims caused by misuse of services.

All disputes from these Terms, Privacy Policy, or participation in EI Gym will be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules in New Jersey.

Waiver of Court Rights
By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to sue in court or have a judge/jury decide your case. Arbitration is final and binding, with limited appeal rights.

Notice on Fairness
Arbitration may limit discovery rights and appeal opportunities compared to court.
Governing Law: New Jersey.
Severability: If any clause is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Privacy Policy form the full agreement.
Updates: Terms may be revised; continued use means acceptance.
