Information We Collect

We collect personal information including name, email address, billing details, login credentials, and program activity. Technical data collected includes IP address, browser type, cookies, and analytics data. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to deliver memberships, courses, coaching sessions, and program content; process payments securely through PayPal, Stripe, and Thrivecart; manage community participation via Skool; send program updates, offers, and communications through Kit/ConvertKit; and improve our services through analytics tools including Google Analytics and Facebook Ads.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on your consent when you opt in, contractual necessity to deliver purchased services, and our legitimate interests in service improvement and fraud prevention.

Your Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of New Jersey (under NJDPA 2025) or states with similar privacy laws (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data; opt out of targeted advertising, profiling, and the sale or sharing of your data. Data Retention

Billing and transaction records are retained for up to seven years. Program and community records are kept for up to three years after your last activity. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe from our communications.

Security & Breach Notification

We implement SSL encryption and industry-standard security safeguards to protect your information. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant regulatory authorities within 72 hours of discovery.

Data Controller and Processors

Let's Manifest LLC serves as the data controller. Third-party processors including PayPal, Stripe, Thrivecart, Skool, and ConvertKit operate under data processing agreements to safeguard your information.

Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing our websites or participating in our programs, you represent that you meet this age requirement and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Payments & Subscriptions

Payment must be completed in full before access to services is granted. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically through Skool. To cancel your subscription, either unsubscribe directly in your Skool account settings or email minoo@letsmanifest.org. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.

Intellectual Property

All content including videos, worksheets, training materials, logos, and other materials are the exclusive property of Let's Manifest LLC and are protected by copyright law. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, reproducing, distributing, or reselling any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Community Code of Conduct

By joining EI Gym or related communities, you agree to treat all members with respect and refrain from harassment of any kind; not pitch, sell, or promote outside products or services; not share personal information of other members without their consent; keep your login credentials private and secure; participate in good faith; and maintain confidentiality of discussions and shared materials. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your membership without refund.

Framework Attribution

Our Human Design 1:1 coaching sessions utilize principles and frameworks from the Human Design System as developed by Ra Uru Hu, the founder of Human Design. Other programs and services may incorporate different methodologies and frameworks.

EI Gym and all programs offered by Let's Manifest LLC are designed for educational, coaching, and personal development purposes only. These services are NOT therapy, counseling, medical treatment, mental health care, legal advice, or financial advice. Participation does NOT create a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, mental health provider-patient, financial advisor-client, or attorney-client relationship.

EI Gym is a metaphorical concept representing emotional intelligence and resilience skill development. No physical exercise programs, fitness training, or medical services are provided.

You are strongly advised to consult licensed professionals for medical concerns, mental health issues, legal matters, or financial decisions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, immediately contact emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider.

No Guarantees

Individual results vary significantly based on personal circumstances, effort, and application of program materials. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, personal transformations, financial results, or other benefits.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in all programs and services is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including emotional discomfort that may arise from self-reflection exercises.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Let's Manifest LLC for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Let's Manifest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or emotional distress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Let's Manifest LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

Human Design Data Use & Consent

By submitting your birth date, birth time, and birth location, you explicitly consent to the use of this information for generating personalized Human Design charts and related insights. Your personal data will be transmitted to and securely stored by Bodygraph.com, a third-party service provider. For information regarding how Bodygraph.com processes and protects your data, please review their Privacy Policy at https://bodygraph.com/legal-page/privacy/.

Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared, sold, or used for purposes other than generating your Human Design report, except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.

All information provided through Human Design reports, assessments, and consultations is offered for educational, inspirational, and entertainment purposes only. This information does NOT constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken based on these reports are your sole responsibility. You release Let's Manifest LLC, its representatives, and affiliated parties from any and all liability or claims resulting from your participation in Human Design services.

By proceeding with Human Design services, you acknowledge these limitations and accept full responsibility for your voluntary participation.

Binding Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or your participation in any EI Gym or Let's Manifest LLC program shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration proceedings shall take place in New Jersey.

Waiver of Court Rights and Class Action

BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR DISPUTE HEARD IN COURT BY A JUDGE OR JURY. You also waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Arbitration decisions are final and binding, with extremely limited rights of appeal.

Notice Regarding Arbitration Limitations

You acknowledge that arbitration proceedings may limit your discovery rights and opportunities for appeal compared to court proceedings. You have the right to consult with an attorney before agreeing to these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Let's Manifest LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Modifications

Let's Manifest LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted notice. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
