I’ve kept my voice steady through meetings,
then snapped the moment I walked through the door.
I’ve stood in silence after saying something I didn’t mean,
feeling the guilt sit heavy in my chest.
And I’ve asked myself, “Why can’t I just stay calm?”
The truth?
It’s not about knowing better.
It’s about having enough space to choose better—when the pressure’s on.
That’s what I help parents create.
What I Believe
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need enough space between the stress and
your response to choose what matters.
When you protect your peace, you protect your relationships.
At work. At home. With your teen. And with yourself.
Before I was a coach, I was an artist. I once sold my work in NYC—but art, wine, and late nights weren’t quite my rhythm. These days, creativity feels quieter.
I journal. I swim. I practice yoga. I pause to breathe when my mind races.
And when I have the time, I create art with my teen— whose sense of color still amazes me. This is how I come back to myself.
Creativity. Stillness. Connection.
That’s the peace I work to protect.
And that’s the peace I help other parents find too.
