Meditation gave me calm, but in the heat of the moment, I fell back into old wiring — repeating reactions, and responses that didn’t serve me. I lacked clarity on how to interrupt the loop and build something new.
So I trained — in coaching, communication, NLP, and habit change — and built a method to help you create space between emotion and action.
Because just like you train your body, you can train how you relate to your emotions. Emotions aren’t problems to fix — they’re messages from your body. They’re not the problem — ignoring them is.
